"The staff from check-in (with Anez) to check out was seamless. In addition to normal check-in procedures, Anez gave us restaurant recommendations, boat tour information, hiking recommendations, and more. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Showers with good water pressure and heat. The balcony views of the lake were fantastic as well. The breakfast was superior, a very large buffet style, but with personal touches as well. The location was fantastic for all things "Lake Bled". Wi-fi was great and the room was very clean ."
