10/10 stay and would stay here again every time now after years of staying in Lincoln. Had a great little getaway with my pups. Leading up to the trip, sent a few messages and got prompt, and easy responses every time. The motel itself is really nice, clean, quiet (besides that it’s a main trucking route so there’s some traffic noise), right near town but out of town so it’s peaceful, and easy access to plenty of hiking. Thanks so much for a great stay, hope to come back in the spring.

This motel is very good for the value conscious traveler. The room was clean, and the linens were fresh and stain free. The physical maintenance of the room and bath were clearly done by DIY persons. A little peeling paint on the ceilings but otherwise fine.

We had the suite and it was a delight. The suite was cleaned daily, had everything we needed to feel at home. Some minor repairs need to be made for example the door to the bathroom though sturdy and old does not close properly. The dead bolt on the front door does not lock. All in all it was a good stay!

We loved our stay here and wished we had another night. The whole property was clean and the pool area was amazing. One thing to note is that there is no AC. We were lucky it wasn't hot at night because we'd missed that when we booked.

Had a very nice 3 night stay here. Pool was refreshing and clean. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Left for activities and came back to made beds and fresh towels. Everything was wonderful, only complaint was its been very hot and there are no acs. So we had to sleep all in one room and share a fan. But regardless we would definitely stay again.

This is a nice family owned, close to the town of Gorham and all the outdoor activities the White Mountains have to offer roadside motel. It’s clean, has comfortable beds, nice outdoor pool, a ceiling fan and windows that open (no ac). A hair blow dryer and shampoo & conditioner is not provided. The walls are thin and you will be able to hear children who don’t want to sleep or a dog left in the room, if they happen to be next to you.

The motel is older but nice, could use a few upgrades and the walls are a bit thin, you can hear people in the next rooms. As far as comfort a 3.5 and price it was a 4. Motel is located on a main thoroughfare so lots of road noise in the morning.
