• The bunk beds have a 300 pound weight limit per bed.
• 12 guests max.
• It's recommended that children under 6 years old not sleep on top bunk beds.
• No parties or events.

***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $250 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell.
***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if unauthorized pet is found in the property.
***Note: This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance and monitored for noise levels inside the unit (It doesn't listen to words, only noise levels).
***Note: You're required to review and sign the Rental Property Agreement. Failure to comply can result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
***There will be a $500 security deposit hold on your credit card. It's fully refundable unless there are charges for damages, broken item, extraordinary cleaning (more than the usual 2 hours), or anything that requires an expert to come in and repair or replace.
