" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. "Rooms were very clean and comfortable and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk into a private entrance into the back of the park. Wonderful breakfast buffet too with a variety of options to choose from. "
