I used debit card to pay for the night's stay and even though the quoted price was $98.03 the deducted price was $114.82 Am I eligible to request a refund of $16.79? Why was there a difference in price?

VIAs Appartements und Ferienwohnungen
Stilvolles Appartement, wo man sich sehr gern aufhält. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Keller abstellen (Pumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfreich und entgegenkommend und die Altstadt beginnt vor der Haustür.

Christiane and family met us on arrival and made us feel right at home. We spent 3 nights in the holiday apartment, which was clean, quiet and centrally located for the 2015 International Street Festival. Cozy family apartment in the heart of Görlitz, also suitable for fitters
Wir waren mit unserem 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße. Alle wesentlichen Highlights der Stadt sind fußläufig. Ein paar Meter weiter ist ein größerer Supermarkt.Parken ist in Görlitz-City fast überall ...
