"The bathroom is very tiny even smaller than the bathroom in cruise ship. Shower water flood most of the bathroom floor. The bathroom is not very clean. The bed and sheets are clean and no smell. It is close to FORM Metro station and that Metro line directly go to airport no need to transfer. The staff is nice but not helpful. They cannot help me find some special stores that I need."

"The room was lovely and well equipped. I stayed there while taking part in a marathon, and the location was very convenient, as it was just a few minutes’ walk from Fælledparken, which is also lovely to explore. Communication through the app was good as well. However, I did notice the lack of staff, although I understand this is part of the hotel’s concept. Some guests were noisy throughout my stay, even past the quiet hours. I reported this via the app, but the only solution offered was to send a message to the guests. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sure which room the noise was coming from, as it seemed to be somewhere above me. The bed in my room also had a broken part (not structural), which I accidentally knocked and then had to fix myself. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very close to both the metro and a supermarket."

"Lovely hotel right by the metro - east to get into city centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding but a bit warm even with the window open and the shower wasn’t great. Breakfast fantastic! So much choice. We paid for a continental breakfast and thought it was great. Really lovely friendly helpful staff."
