"The non functioning ait condtioning in a couple of the upstair bedrooms was disappointing. The air conditioning in the main floor area worked well. Otherwise the facility met our needs. It has a spcious kitchen for meal prepations. The gathering areas were spacious, nicely furnishe, and comfortable. The bunk room had comfortable and large sleeping areas."

Heidi clearly defined the rules of the home, and was responsive to our questions. Although there was no air conditioning, with the breeze and fans going, we were able to keep the rooms cool. PMC is a great community to visit."

"Very nice location and well equipped kitchen. House was comfortable. Beautiful sunset every evening and wonderfully quiet. We stayed here in July. I do not recommend this time of year. The house became quite toasty in the afternoons and did not cool down until sometime in the morning. The one AC unit in the living area worked well but the bedrooms never cooled down. "We had a wonderful family time. Place is clean and roomy. Location is very scenic and relaxing. Minor inconconvenience is the cellular and wifi connection, or lack thereof. Also could use more pots and pans. Providing guest card/pool card also would be helpful (as the pool cashier is not so very friendly). We didnt let any of those ruin our time together though. Family still enjoyed the stay and are planning on coming back in the future. Thanks, Sheryll"

"The cabin/ house is lovely and updated. The house is fully furnished & stocked with all the essentials to enjoy staying in.We enjoyed our stay.The location is close to the pool and tennis courts I was just disappointed that we couldn’t communicate with Vrbo or evolve customer service support or owner. We had some questions since there wasn’t a booklet available that described some of the things that were missing or not working. But overall good stay and would book again."

"We stayed two nights in Joshua's house, it is full of interesting objects and art, and had everything we needed to relax at the end of a long road trip. We enjoyed the board games and the teens loved the cool retro arcade games. It is a very comfortable space, and a short distance to a yummy bakery and decent general store.
