"Villa Tina was such a great find! The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes from Split Airport. One important thing to know is that the hotel is not actually in Split. I booked it for one night because we needed somewhere convenient to stay before our boat trip, but I would absolutely come back and stay longer. The first thing that impressed me was how incredibly clean everything was. The place was squeaky clean—I was honestly in awe! There is a restaurant right on site, and we had fresh-caught fish for dinner, which was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the location. The sea is literally across the street! There’s a ladder where you can get directly into the water and plenty of space to lie down, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view. There are also places nearby where you can rent chairs for sunbathing. A grocery store and pharmacy are within walking distance, and you can even rent a small scooter right across the street. I originally chose Villa Tina simply because it was convenient for the airport and our boat trip, but it ended up being a place I would happily return to for an actual stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and steps from the sea—highly recommend!"

"A short walk from Marina/Agana Yacht charter marina. Service excellent and provided great place for food with nice views. The room balcony with an ocean view is a nice add on. A desk and chair would be nice, as a place to charge devices and read brochures. Only downside is not enough wall plugs for charging devices. The modern traveler carries a phone and a watch and 2 portable chargers, and sometimes noise cancellation headphones for the plane. Charging them shouldn’t be a challenge. Many places don’t have enough plugs, unfortunately, including this one."

"We stayed in the courtyard apartment and it was a delight. A beautiful space , tastefully decorated and very airy. The free mini bar turned out to be just soft drinks but was very welcomed anyway. We enjoyed using the hot tub which was also a nice touch."

"Positive: Very clean room and toilets, proximity to services and sympathic owner. To consider: There was no staff at reception desk when I arrived and there was no shuttle to airport as advertised in Expedia."

"Comfortable rooms, newly renovated (2020?). Extensive spread at breakfast buffet: hot and cold selections, plus fresh fruits and vegetables as well as baked goods. Welcome platter of cheese, salami, and prosciutto (prsut) with a glass of local wine was a very nice surprise. Easy access by foot to old town of Trogir; very picturesque; nice view from hotel dining room."
