"Carlos picked us up from the ferry in Hvar and drove us to the apartment. He carried our luggage to our 2nd floor apartment which was big, clean, cool with two balconies. We were given great recommendations and Carlos was so friendly and genuinely nice. We walked every morning and back each evening from the main promenade. Maybe 15 minutes but well worth it. "Lovely location about a 20 minute gentle stroll to centre of Hvar Room lovely with good air conditioning and nice shower. Shame they never replaced fresh drinking water in the 5 day stay preferring you to pay a lot of money for their bottled water despite telling us the water in all of Croatia is so safe and delicious. Sunbeds never an issue to get and no reserving which was refreshing to see. Beachside drinks service a bit hit and miss Take beach shoes as the rocks are slippy underfoot but the sea so clean and wonderful Would do well to add a beach snack menu which I’m sure would go down well during the day Would definitely visit again"
