We had a fantastic time at the accommodation! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings were wonderful, with a special mention for the nearby playground and the many animals.

Incredibly peaceful. This place was great, and a very short drive to Hallstatt. We took advantage of the onsite bike rentals, the kids play area and the locals trail network. The staff were welcoming and even rescued us with their van when I experienced a mechanical bike failure. The views are incredible and the food and bar great. We loved our stay!

Un hébergement tout confort à 20mn de Hallstatt

Appartement dans l'hôtel Vitalhotel à Gosau, à 20mn de voiture de Hallstatt. Très propre, décoration moderne avec de petites attentions (petite bouteille de Prosecco, petits gâteaux, dépliants touristiques dans la chambre). Seul point négatif : les buffets sont bien trop chers : 19 euros pour le petit déjeuner, 30 euros pour le dîner, 45 euros pour les deux.

Lovely Mountain Hotel

Beautiful setting in mountains, about 10 min drive to Lake Hallstatt. Our room had recently been renovated, with what looked like brand new ports and pans and other kitchen acessories. There were many electrical outlets, coffee and teabags were provided, a nice size refrigerator and a balcony with a beautiful view. We both thought the mattress was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room to greet us. Many thoughtful touches in the room, and a supermarket within 5 minutes of the hotel. The hotel manager works hard to please his customers.

Hallstatt stay.

Hallstatt Dachstein Inn is part of Hotel Vital in that area.We had difficulty in locating the place as there was no sign board. The room size was adequate but the bathroom was quite small and the shower water wouldn’t drain properly. A bottle of complimentary White wine is provided on arrival alongside a fruit basket. If you have your own wheels you are comfortable otherwise you are totally cutoff as there is no shopping nearby or restaurants.

We went in off peak season which was fantastic. Even though we were in the apartment of the hotel we had the whole hotel to ourselves pretty much for 4 nights. The views from our room were magnificent. If I was to go back I would stay here again. I love the apartment and how close it was to the shops.
