"Nice and freindly"

"Excellent poperty and premises. In an odd spot in the middle of Gdynia so not a lot to do outside the hotel and could be unsafe at night - NOT on the hotel grounds - but outside. Otherwise excelled food and service, great stay and excellent amenities "

"Hotel znajduje się w bardzo dogodnym miejscu, w centrum miasta. Jest zadbany a śniadanie w pełni satysfakcjonujące. Natomiast parking znajduje się przynajmniej kilometr od hotelu, na samym końcu budynku. To jest najgorsze miejsce parkingowe z jakim się zetknęłam. Pokój dla 4 osobowej rodziny był ciasny i niewygodny . W łazience prysznic zalewał podłogę pod umywalką. Brak było wieszaków na ręczniki. Ogólnie, nie było zbyt pozytywnie żeby jeszcze raz wrócić. ."

"First time staying at this hotel but will definitely return to stay here again. Everything about the hotel was amazing and first class, from the spacious rooms with its modern bathroom to the restaurant and the great food. Staff were very friendly, and the room was cleaned daily which was fantastic. "

"Great location for exploring tricity and Hel. By the beach which was very nice with a promenade. Lots of places to eat from nearby. Great breakfast. Hotel’s restaurant had very little choice and service there was extremely slow. Small portions but nice. Ate there only once for those reasons.Car park at the hotel at discounted price for guests. Pool area very disappointing. Water very cold. Busy with kids swimming club. There also was a group of people learning to scuba dive…but we still managed to have a little swim and they gave us a towel and key for locker. Changing room mixed everyone together. Something that was new to me and I didn’t like that experience. Thought to warm up after pool in sauna but that wasn’t working… Rooms are very tired but slept well for three nights. Kettle in the room but cups and glasses very dusty. Water machine available for as much water as you like. Still or sparkling. Wi Fi working fine, no issues. Same to TV. "

"Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Room was tidy and spacious. Had really good night sleep. Only downside it is a bit out of town, and the train into Gdansk takes about an hour. I would still recommend it."

"Lovely resort hotel with great facilities. Sauna was particularly nice. Private access to a great sandy beach. Staff were friendly and courteous."
