"The house was so cute and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed watching the Amish with their buggy from the front porch. We went to the flea market and only covered about 1/3 of it. We will need to make another trip later this summer to cover the rest. Weather was perfect."

"This house was very clean and laid out well for two adult couples or a small family. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of linens. perfectly located for walking to restaurants, downtown and to the flea market (just behind the house). Very relaxing location in a nice neighborhood. Lots of Amish horse and buggy activity which gave the location the feel of being part of the community. "First off, the house is even nicer than in the photos. There are 5 full bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite to king bedrooms. The water is beautiful and clear and shallow for kids to swim in. Two refrigerators was super helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and pillows. A few little things need fixed around the house but nothing that really impacted the stay. I would suggest getting an outdoor dining table for the deck. The reason for deducting one star for our overall experience is...

"The home was very clean and decorated in an inviting, down-home way. It is charming just like the title indicates. The property is well maintained, including the outdoor spaces. We loved the front porch, as well as the back patio, where we enjoyed playing games under the shade of the tree. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. "We stayed here because mother inlaw lives right around the corner and she had a zoo full. Was nice when the rain hit we were close enough to come back to our place and get peace from everybody else. Slept in the front room and felt like I was being peeped on all weekends with no curtains."
