Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. "Absolutely wonderful service! From the moment we got out of our taxi to the moment we got on the bus to leave, the people who run the place where amazingly welcoming! They got out into the snow to greet us and instantly warmed us with a cup of tea in the anteroom. They attended to our every need, and when they heard that we hadn't had dinner, they insisted on cooking us a small meal for free even though as a business, the place doesn't offer any meal service. There is a oxygen capsule, corridor decorated with colorful paint, hot spring(not gorgeous) and sauna- tents(outside, option). "
