"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

Sladjana at guest services was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us when we had a problem with our car - she was awesome and went way above and beyond! Only complaint was the bed smelled of pet urine - maybe a little extra cleanup would have helped. Otherwise everything was beyond expectations."

"This hotel was a little hard to find at first, due to the way addresses work in Croatia. There was ample off-street parking and a little beach nearby. "The staff were rude with them bursting into our room one night of which I then tried to close the door a bit and just speak to her myself through a smaller gap explaining that people in the room were undressed and she shouted that she didn’t care and burst the door open in front of otheir guests outside the room too! The food was horrible they gave my friend an undercooked lasagne so she sent it back and then they served it to her absolutely burnt to a crisp. They also ran out of water for hours...
