They had no knowledge of my booking through Expedia when I ran to check but then subsequently told me that the room was still available and they booked the room directly for me. I heard nothing from them prior to my arrival regarding key code entry to the property and to the room. "Beautiful historic mansion. We walked thru nearby parks to the riverfront for lunch. The outdoor restaurant at Orange Grove was very pleasant for an evening dinner and happy hour. The admiral lounge is very comfortable while waiting for pickup to go to the airport or cruise ships."

I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply.
