Welcome to our charming basement apartment. The 90 m² space has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room. The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm), which can be easily converted into two separate beds. The second bedroom has a single bed and a desk, perfect for work or study. In the living room, there is a large bed, two three-seater sofas, and a dining table, making it an ideal place for relaxation and socializing. The apartment also includes a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You have access to free broadband/Wi-Fi and underfloor heating for extra comfort.
