Small room but clean and convenient

i was not used to such small rooms, but i guess this is the norm in Sweden. The room was tiny with no room to turn around when in the room with my wife. and just a small shelf for my clothes. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean and in the heart o the city so close to everything including the trams, parks, canals and tourist boats. Breakfast was included and was generous and great. We had room near street which was very noisy on Friday night untiil 2:30 AM..

Convenient location. Hotel itself seems a bit old. Room was clean upon arrival, but as we would request cleaning, the sheets were never changed under our 8 days stay and the cleaner forgot her cleaning rags in the room more than once. The room itself is not designed with comfort in mind and decor is outdated for a hotel splat middle of Gothenburg. Breakfast was not bad, but always the same. All and all I would give this place a 7 out of 10.

Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was.

Bra frukost, läge pch personal. Enda minuset var att det var helg och man hör festen på Avenyn så är man känslig mot det får man boka ett annat hotell. Jag bodde där med min syser och barn, vi hade det bra.

God glutenfri frokost!

Fantastisk opphold. Gode senger og rent. Det beste var at det fantes masse godt glutenfritt til frokosten - til og med pannekaker. Barna var overlykkelige! Kommer definitivt tilbake!

Fina rum, bra läge. Underbemannad reception, med långa köer som följd. Även löjlig köbildning till hissarna då en av tre var ur funktion. P.g.a pågående renoveringar fungerade inte AC i rummen, vilket under en väldigt varm dag var allt annat än skönt.

Incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid. Väldigt mycket kö till hissarna, dels pga väldigt långsamma hissar och dels av att en av tre hissar var trasig. Kvällstid var det väldigt rörigt vid hissarna iom att det kom folk som inte bodde på hotellet men som skulle upp till takbaren. Borde kunna gå att lösa på bättre sätt. I övrigt är vi väldigt nöjda med vistelsen, bra rum med bra ac, jättebra frukost och toppenläge mitt på avenyn.
