Cozy hotel with good service and lovely breakfast

We are a family of four and had a wonderful stay at the hotel during the Christmas holiday. The family room was spacious and everything worked perfectly. The kids especially loved the waffle buffet in the afternoon. There were also juice, tea, and coffee available to accompany the waffles. The breakfast in the morning offered a good variety of food. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and a shopping mall. We absolutely loved this cozy hotel and would highly recommend it.

Good clean hotel with a large room and a comfortable large bed. Great staff. The area around isn't the best but it is safe with many restaurants and is vert close to the central railway station.

Very nice stay at the Sure hotel. 10 mins walk from the train station so it was a great location to be in. Staff were really helpful for early breakfasts to go/ storing luggage before check in. Would recommend.

Great value

We had a very late check in due to a late flight, which is why we chose this hotel. We left too early for breakfast but the inclusive breakfast buffet did look amazing (as I popped my head in for a peek). The room was lovely and I really did feel you got great value for your money here. I would come back and stay here.

I'm starting with breakfast, couldn't even get fresh bread; they served old ones. All the knives, spoons, and forks were really dirty since they've been used for years. It's definitely time to replace them. As for my room, the window wouldn’t fully close because the lock was broken. The walls were really dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell good. I wasted my money.
