Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet von Geschirr, bis hin zu den Handtüchern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host hat im Großen und Ganzen gepasst, leider wurde am Abreisetag der vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zur Endbesichtigung vergessen. Aber im Ganzen, würde/n ich/wir die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen , da in der Nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren. Auch viele Aktivitäten sind gut zu erreichen gewesen, wie der Kletterwald und die Sommerrodelbahn."
