"We staid at Brera appartments for 4 nights. It was not a good experience. The rooms are small, no air conditioning. The toilet in our room was poorly cleaned. The ventilation fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off and it created the constant noise even in the room. We asked to adjust it. The door to the bathroom is very tight and it can be opened only with 2 hands. For me, this was a serious challenge after a recent hand surgery. The washing machines in the facility must be reserved through a special app. I installed the app, but it could not identify the washing machines. I asked for help with this and was told that I needed to contact the company that owns the washing machines (!). Frustrating. "
