"Was sent to a room in a separate building. No lift. Walked the stairs and then was confronted with masses of building stuff, plaster board, dust. Went back to reception asked for a different room. Had to take a twin room in the conference block with a balcony. Woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke with someone smoking on the balcony as the entire balcony for the whole floor isn’t seperated.
