"Lovely getaway however we did not realize we would not have total privacy. The cottage is directly next to the owners and the pool and front area was shared. House was clean, great TV and beautiful scenery Would have liked more privacy , not a criticism of the owners however I was under the impression all Stayz accomodation was private and not AirB&B"

It had been touch and go as to whether the recent bushfires would put a stop to our stay. The communication with the Book High Country team, was exceptional. "We had a nice stay at Jamieson cottages over a long weekend. The cottage has a cute rustic feeling to it, fitting with the area but don't expect 5 star finishes. It's in a great location in Jamieson, walking distance to the pub and river. "

"I really want to give 5 stars for this place- but unfortunately…,,,,The location and the house is stunning! But the let downs was the cleanliness. The spa was disgusting and had broken glass by the gate. Nearly every piece of cutlery, tray, plate and cup was dirty. No hand soap or dishwashing liquid. The first night no hot water. The fire pit is on a side of a hill- no chance for confit- and the house is 12 people- 3 double rooms 1 room with 4 bunks and a downstairs with 2 sofa beds. But no one...
