When checking in for the 3rd night, I was asked how things were and I mentioned the hotel was good but I had a hospital issue. I was given a bag with a a water and bag of popcorn in it. I thought that was nice."

"The experience was exceptional. We booked a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was too hard and old to be comfortable. A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. We really enjoyed our stay!"
