The day of checkin I received a call from the cleaner saying they lost the TV remote and would have a new one dropped off which they did but without batteries which didn't help. "The staff at the reception made us wait for about 40 minutes. The lady was sick and I a rush didn't explain anything and never mentioned there was an app available to find about the amenities. The buffet waitress was even worse, she put the coffee on yhe table and never came back, didnt bring any water and after 30 minutes waiting for her to come with the check, she was very nasty and said the tip was already included. The room was nice and clean and the cleaning people very helpful in finding our way to restaurants and places."
