"A very well appointed property - modern, clean and in a quiet residential pocket with a great view. The village of Carantec is easily walkable for people without restricted mobility - maybe a mile away - and has a choice of restaurants etc. Wider area is ideal for coastal walks and so on, and the house is well located for easy road access. "Very clean, modern. Good size garden. Indoor pool was very popular with all of us adults and children alike. Gîte is very close to Roscoff and St pol de Leon. Easy to cycle to both towns on cycle path. Très propre, moderne. Jardin de bonne taille. La piscine intérieure était très populaire auprès de nous tous, adultes et enfants. Gîte est très proche de Roscoff et de St pol de Leon. Facile à faire du vélo jusqu'aux deux villes sur la piste cyclable."

"Perfect house for a week away with the family. Kids loved the pool, which was great for when the weather was a bit cloudy. Beaches are really close by and easy to access. The hot tub was ideal as well, and well maintained. Lots of beds for our large family one double downstairs with adjacent shower room for parents, then two double rooms plus a room with two singles and a bunk bed upstairs for the kiddies."

"Much larger swimming pool than we imagined and the beaches a few minutes in the car are white sand. The garden is quite large and there is decking and plenty of seats outside. Nextflix available and wifi was good. The beds are a mixture of single double and sofa beds. Arnaud the owner was very friendly. For us, on prior request he allowed three small dogs."

"This is the third year we have stayed in Plouescat over Easter, and each time in one of the trio of houses in this area. This house was probably the best suited for us in terms of the number of bedrooms and living space (family of 6). I highly recommend this for a week's break - so close to the beach, and lovely indoor pool for when the weather isn't great. Francis is very communicative and available over whatsapp in case of issues."

The view of the beach/sea from the lounge changes from hour to hour, so you can sit there every day and see something different, it is truly magical. "Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday"

"House was great for a beachside holiday. There is lots to do reasonably close by but we didn’t stray far. The sunsets were fabulous. Compared with England the area is very quiet, dotted with small villages and some bigger old market towns. Pool, thought conpact, was better used than we had expected. Hosts very friendly."
