Complete luck we found this place but it is AMAZING! After introducing myself with my very best French I was answered with a handshake and in a full English accent "Shall we speak English? I'm John!"
The decor, garden facilities are only equalled by the homemade...

"À l’origine, j’avais réservé un appartement deux chambres car il y avait une cuisine dans laquelle on pouvait s’asseoir à une table pour manger. A mon arrivée on a proposé un endroit plus petit qui sentait le renfermé et la poussière, et dont la décoration datait de mon arrière arrière-grand-mère le ménage avait été très succinct, la minuscule cuisine et la salle de bain cependant étaient propres

"We had a lovely overnight stay en route to the south of France. We arrived quite late as we had been at Puy Du Fou during the day, but communication was easy with the lovely host. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our enormous family suite. Breakfast the following morning was delicious - yogurt, fruit, croissants, brioche, fruit tart and coffee / hot chocolate - perfect to set us up for a long drive. The dogs were a hit with the children too.
