Unique concept of western saloon, dogfriendly environment and friendly people. The man gave us a fully self-made map for a 10km walk always through the nature. It was amazing.

Bien mais mal insonorisé

Hôtel sur un concept original avec une décoration soignée. On se croirait dans un vrai ranch de l’ouest américain! Le stationnement est facile, le petit déjeuner complet, l’accueil agréable et la literie confortable. Seul point négatif : l’insonorisation des chambres! On entend le voisin et les voitures.

Lors du repas du soir à l'établissement, 3 tables sont arrivées après nous et ont été servies avant alors que nous étions avec deux enfants en bas age ! Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que les tables de flamands étaient privilégiées par les tenanciers de même origine ! Seul bémol de cet hotel assez insolite... Propreté parfaite et beaucoup d'attention concernant les mesures COVID malgré l'annulation des activités western...

Origineel concept

Leuk concept en heel gemakkelijk dat er een bar en restaurant is. We hebben op vrijdag lekker a la carte gegeten en op zaterdag ingeschreven voor de BBQ. Beide keren eenvoudig maar lekker gegeten. De chef weet wat bbq-en is en serveerde perfect gebakken vlees. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Er waren verse pistolets, brood, croissants, chocolade koeken en beleg. Ook werd een vers eitje klaargemaakt en was er vers fruit uiteraard koffie, thee, fruitsap. Ik heb maar 2 kleine min puntjes. Er was geen shampo of douchegel aanwezig. Daar hadden we wel een beetje op gerekend, maar dit is niet onoverkomelijk. Verder zijn de kamers wel wat gehorig. Vrijdagnacht was er best wat lawaai en op zaterdagmorgen waren de andere kamers vroeg in de weer voor een sportwedstrijd. De zaterdagnacht, na een zaterdag vol inspanningen, was het heel stil :) Lichte slapers brengen dus misschien beter wat oordopjes mee. Heel tevreden over ons verblijf en kunnen deze plaats zeker aanraden!

A bit disappointing as unfortunately restaurant/bar was not open at the time we booked. Not very clear in the description as lead us to believe it was open. No tea/coffee facilities in room. We arrived on a very hot day and even though the restaurant/bar was shut, the B & B side was open. Would have been a nice gesture for guests to have this. Room was very hot and had no aircon. Clean & tidy though. Being wooden it was quite noisy hearing other guests go about their business. Owners were very pleasant when we had breakfast. Breakfast was very good.

Country anno 2018

We zijn twee dagen zeer gastvrij ontvangen op de range, waar alles in country style gaat. De vrouw des huizes blijkt een prima kok, en ondanks dat de nadruk bij paarden liedhebbers ligt voelden wij ons als motorrijders zeker welkom. De motoren mochten zelfs tussen de paarden (en ezel) binnen overnachten. Kortom, een gezellig restaurant en prima kamers en dat alles voor een hele redelijke prijs. En niet te vergeten in een prachtige omgeving voor zowel paarden als mororen.
