"The staff is very friendly and accommodating of their guests. The hotel is clean and the air conditioner worked great for the hot days. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food each day. The coffee is good. We would stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Hermosillo again because of the good service and clean accommodations. "

"Starting with the hotel being remodeled, it was dirty every where. Lobby bathroom didn't have water at the sink, hallways were dirty and hot. The room's floor was very dirty, the a/c never cooled down to a comfortable temperature, we couldn't sleep becaus it was so hot in the room. Staff did not inform us of any of this. No irons available. No restaurant. "

"El cuarto se me hizo más chico que de costumbre y se me hizo muy ruidoso. Como que una puerta separa dos cuartos y todo el ruido de enseguida se escucha, hasta cuando alguien entra al baño. Incluso el sonido del elevador se escucha hasta el cuarto. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso también. Al menos con eso amortiguas el sonido de afuera"
