Relax and enjoy the breeze on the 50' x 15' patio and watch the cruise ships go by. Beautiful tropical landscape for your tranquil pleasure. Transportation to and from airport including rental car available. Da Villa is located approximately 10 minutes from Governors Harbour, the center of Eleuthera. For all your island getaway needs, groceries, fishing supplies and restaurants. Garage Studio Apt. available to current guests only additional cost $150.00 per night plus tax. We loved our stay. What an incredible view from the deck and steps away from a beautiful private beach. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and well cared for. Jim was a gracious host and answered all questions and provided great tips on island to-do’s. It’s a beautiful, relaxing, island paradise.

Beautiful location for rolling out of bed onto a soft quiet beach. Fantastic snorkeling accessible right off the beach. Central location for visiting north and south area of the island and groceries, airport, and restaurant all available within ten minutes. Host communicates clearly, fully, and quickly with need to know information. We would definitely book Da Villa again if we go back to Eleuthera.

Beautiful home, great space for our party of 5, both internally and externally. We wanted a place where we wouldn’t be on top of each other plus we wanted to be away from a lot of other people. It is a secluded location and beautiful views of the Atlantic.

Spacious home

This was our fourth stay in Eleuthera, each time at a different rental. My family preferred Davila to all the others for many reasons. First was the spaciousness inside , with 2 large master suites, a large kitchen, and living area, and 2 1/2 baths. Secondly we loved the location which was perfect for quick trips into town for shopping, dining, groceries, coffee, etc, yet was very private. The beach had beautiful sandy entrances, great reefs, and we rarely saw anyone. The backup generator is a must and the Starlink internet was the best we have experienced. This is the house we will return to for sure.

Great Stay at Davilla

This house is situated on a perfect bluff over the Atlantic. It’s incredibly spacious inside and has everything that you need for an amazing vacation stay. The power went out a couple of times and the generator was a huge bonus! We ate in most evenings, but drove into town for ice cream or dessert every night. It’s truly lovely and in a convenient spot for everything in Central Eleuthera. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Perfect Property

We travel very often and this is superb hose and location. It has it all. Seven days with zero complaints. Two enormous King Suites and equally large common area.Deck and view are fabulous as well.

Perfect!

From the moment you reach to top of the driveway you are greeted with the most spectacular view of the property landscape and amazing beachfront. Down the stairs to a fantastic mostly secluded beach with private hut! We swam at least 6 times a day!The house is exactly as described and offered everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the oven and view was a memory we will not forget. Spent a lot of time just reflecting and watching the oceans ever changing colors. We went and explored the entire island with day trips to Harbor Islands and Spanish Wells, which were very lovely but really pales in comparison when you return to DaVilla and realize you already are at one of the best locations on the island! So we spent as much time at the house and beach. We also love the manicured front lawn and spent lots of time in the hammock.The house is in the middle of the island so it perfect for going either direction for day trips. Lastly, do go to the docks at governor's harbor or Rock Sound and buy fresh lobster or fish around 3pm to barbecue at the house. Fish fry was fun also. We will definitely be back! Best house and location for the price don’t pass this up if your days are available! also.

Amazing View

Driving up the driveway to this property, as you park your car, you are immediately struck with one of the most amazing views you're ever gonna see. The house looks directly over the Atlantic Ocean, on top of a 25 to 30 foot bluff, with coral reefs down below you and a gorgeous little beach. The house is very clean and spacious, with all of the amenities. The porch was our favorite place to hang out as it had comfortable chairs and overlooked the ocean and the beach. We will definitely come back to Davilla the next time we come back to Governors Harbor.

Island Paradise

Beautiful views. Private beach. 10 minutes away from Governors Harbour and James Cistern. Caribbean beaches are just down the road. The home is larger than the pictures appear. Great location for island exploration. Easy road leading to the house. We rented a minivan, but needed an SUV to access some of the beaches we wanted to explore. Thankful for the generator. We were never wo power.

Christmas vacation

Outstanding ocean view from the house. Snorkeling from the beach is amazing. The inside of the house is larger then what the photo showed. We had a great time and Jim was very helpful prior and during our stay letting us know of different areas to visit on the island.

Great property and location

House was better than advertised. Big open spaces, access to beautiful, expansive and private beach. Obvious pride of ownership, not just an investment property. Terrific central location on the island, but outside town, gave us the best of both worlds. Great communication, caretaker stopped by, and the owner called us from the US. Had friends staying at Cocodimama, Unicorn Cay, and Squire's Estates. All nice but we were glad we were at Da Villa and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of four spent a week at DaVilla and absolutely loved it. The house is located in a beautiful quiet area, was very clean, and has everything you need. The beach hut offers shade on those hot afternoons and the patio at the house is the perfect spot for having your first cup of coffee. We felt like it was really easy to get over to the Caribbean side on days that the Atlantic was a bit rough. And on the days that the Atlantic was calm, DaVilla was the best place to be by far. Will definitely stay here again!! Five stars all the way.

Beautiful, beach property!!

DaVilla was much more than expected! The pictures do not do justice to this place. Jim’s home is sooo spacious and the beach is absolutely incredible. The house was very clean, tons of room, couches are comfy, kitchen is stocked, the patio is large, and the view is spectacular. I have absolutely zero complaints or anything negative to say about this property. The property manager was was prompt in answering questions. If you like snorkeling, there’s great reef right off the shore. I will choose DaVilla every chance I get!

Awesome location and house!

Da Villa did not disappoint. This location and house could not have been more perfect for our family. The views from the patio, the ocean, stars at night, the beach, Da Hut on the beach, was the full package. The house is as described, very spacious with everything you need. Shopping is right down the road in GH. You are about mid island, so not a bad drive to the north or south. Art and Jim were very responsive for anything you might need. Also, the garage apartment looks very accommodating for a couple with or without a child. Has everything, full kitchen and bath. We did not rent it this time but will the next. Already planning our next trip!

Amazing Location

We arrived at GHB Airport and had a quick drive to Davillas. The property is easy to find and the view is breath taking. We loved the hut on the beach. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. We were concerned the waves would be too big for my grand kids, but the waves were just right. Download a tide chart before you arrive, that helped determine which beaches we visited. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and has a large fridge to fit all your food and Kaliks. There were plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom use. There is also a cooler and beach chairs, if you need them. The chairs came in handy for our beach hopping days. Must appreciated. At the time of our visit there was a large dumpster at the end of the driveway, it made it a little more difficult to navigate in/out, but it was manageable. Our only negative comment is there are no curtains on the bedroom doors, this made me feel uneasy at night (maybe too many scary movies). Not a deal breaker, just my preference. We used Burrows, East & Final, and Eleuthera Supply for any shopping needs. We heard Island Farm is great for fresh veggies and fruits. Our favorite was Burrows. Our favorite beach (besides Davillas) was Cocodimama (5 minute drive and excellent for small kids and great shade). If you are looking for a house on a great beach, centrally located, with easy access to other beaches - look no further. Davillas has everything you need. The photos do not do it justice.

Amazing home and location!

I don't think we could have chosen a better home for our 8 day stay. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The location was very central and convenient to anything on the island. The beach at the house was easily one of the best out of all we visited, and we did a lot of beach sight seeing! It is just stunning. The owner was very easy to communicate with, as was Art, the manager. Everything about our stay was 5 stars. We will be back, and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Relaxing & Beautiful Stay at Da Villa!

Great location right on the beach, you can't beat the views and the house is immaculate! With large rooms and many amenities, it was perfect for the two of us because we love our privacy. The 2 bedrooms each had their own bath with the living/kitchen space between the 2 bedrooms. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. Great location to get into Governor's Harbour or a trip to the northern part of the island. Jimmie is a great host giving us information before the trip and checking in afterwards. We also rented a car from Art, the caretaker, which made it easy to get around as soon as we landed. This is our 4th trip to Eleuthera and a house directly on the beach is the only way to go. We barely saw anyone else all week and the shade from the hut on the beach was perfect for getting out of the sun for a while. Thanks for another great Eleuthera experience!

Beautiful location. Best on Eleuthera

We have stayed at a few VRBOs on Eleuthera and this was the best by far. The beach that it’s located on has beautiful snorkeling and is a lovely beach for walking each morning. The home is in such an amazing location to restaurants, the best beaches and Governors Harbour. The layout is perfect. The kitchen is set up for relaxing with family while making dinner and watching the beautiful sunset each night. Plenty of everything: towels, a cooler, beach chairs, kitchen pots, pans, dishes. We spent all day exploring Eleuthera and were able to kick back every night in the comfortable, spacious home. Thank you for sharing DaVilla.

Beautiful beach and amazing views

We loved this property. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was perfect and the views from the house and deck were incredible. We are already planning a return trip. Many thanks!

A slice of heaven

The house and the location were perfect! It’s so spacious and open. The view from the patio is so beautiful. A bit of a hike down to the beach, it was good exercise. The caretaker, Art, was very helpful and Jim the owner was always very responsive to any questions we had.
