"Worst hotel EVER. Hotel photos were not actual. Had to step over homeless people to get into the lobby. The halls smelled like urine. There were streaks on the walls in the room which looked like old blood or feces. Very dirty, and unsafe. I had to change our hotel as it was so disgusting. "

"The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable inside. From the inside it seemed like a really nice hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing. The neighborhood is pretty bad. We were planning to walk to some of the places nearby, but we ran into a lot of homeless people on our walk. There's a mcdonald's with a late night drive through right next to the hotel, and there was a lot of noise due to the customers and hobos hanging out there. Overall I give this hotel a good score, because it was really nice (apart from the neighborhood) and the concierge earns the hotel an extra star all by herself. Just don't plan to stroll around outside. "

"You really can’t beat the price when it comes to how close this is to downtown and the Golden 1 Center. However, be aware that cleanliness is not a priority here. I would not stay longer than one night. A place to just get ready and refresh but definitely not to just chill. "

"The room was spotless & staff delightful. Very Attentive. Shower unfortunately leaks all over the bathroom floor and bed too soft & lumpy (old mattress). Other than those couple of flaws we were delighted with our stay."

"Walked in and it was a bit confusing on where to go, and who to go to around check-in. The front desk staff were okay as far as being friendly/approachable. During breakfast times, the service staff in the restaurant were amazing. Everyone from the bussers/porters, to the guys on the line cooking omelettes to order - they were all incredibly friendly and made the stay that much more pleasant. The room was clean, the amenities were average. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and caring as well. The pool was nice. A bit of a loud area, but nice to have access to. Our kids loved it. We stayed in room 217. At night, there is what seemed to be a decorative flood light outside of our room that was pointing directly into our room. So we had to do a few things to make sure the room stayed dark while everyone was sleeping. The stay, overall, was very pleasant. The location was great, too. "

"Beautiful, comfortable room at a great price. The room was immaculate. We had 2 minor complaints: coffee and parking. Coffee: The coffee in the 2nd floor atrium was gone by 9 am. Thank goodness for the in-room Keurig. Parking: All the hotel spots were taken. We found a metered spot across the street from the hotel, only to discover that parking is more expensive on the street than in the hotel lot. We paid $22 to park overnight on the street (from 5pm on a Saturday to 10am on Sunday). (Hotel charges $18/night.)"
