"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. Thankfully it was a quiet enough area. The host Laura was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed but for my taste very basic. The garden area was nice and quiet. "I only rated this property a 4 because of the mattress, pillows and shower stall. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has stunning views! Breakfast was good and part of the room stay. A small complimentary bottle of wine is given to guests on day of arrival but there is no complimentary water. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the wire coil springs when you lay down. The pillows are flat, so if you’re used to a soft pillow there are none. July is a very hot time of year and the room we stayed in was very warm (25 Celsius which is about 77 Degrees in F). There are too many mosquitoes to open windows to let cooler air in the evening. We had personal portable fans which we used to try to keep cool. We only stayed 2 nights so it was somewhat bearable. We did love the area. The hotel sits at the top of the mountain so definitely wear comfortable shoes to walk the hilly cobblestone paths"
