"I do like this hotel but I was very annoyed that they separated my party. I was put on a different floor than the rest of my family. The elevator system was a nightmare to get to their floor without their keys. It was just annoying. I tried to aske to change floors but the staff won’t help me. So that is my story. I like the place but I won’t come back."
