"There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"

There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. "We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. "
