"Great little place. Not far from Lava. The soda springs are a must. Pet friendly is the reason we stayed. Breakfast was delicious. The hostess made cookies 2 days and they were delicious. Great little place. Definitely recommended"

"The room was clean"

"Incredible stay! When we first arrived, we had a private cabin reserved, but the bed was unmade with dirty sheets and a pile and the place had not been cleaned. Because of this, we were upgraded to a full apartment suite which was very nice, with a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom with a door. We enjoyed having our family members over to play games on the dining room table! The hotel's hot spring pool was pleasant, not too crowded, and I even had it all to myself sometimes."

"Ashley at the front desk gave us a cheerful welcome when we arrived and was continuously helpful during our stay. Food and service at both the restaurant and the cafe were excellent. This is an old hotel so expect the kind of quirks you’d find in any historic place. Thirty minute soak in the hot spring-fed spa is complimentary for guests! It was charming!"
