"We had an extended family break in relatively poor weather, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds which would have been a great plus. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people. The hosts were outstanding with a us especially as we caused a few unforeseen issues."

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Moorland Hotel Haytor and were very impressed from start to finish. The room was comfortable, well presented and had everything we needed, while the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with the beautiful Dartmoor landscape right on the doorstep, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
