Vor Ort erkennt HOTEL RIALTO die Buchung nicht an

Leider können wir dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht bewerten, da wir trotz kurzfristiger Buchung für 1 Übernachtung (mit erfolgter Bestätigung) dort nicht aufgenommen wurden, sondern in ein 3-Sterne-Haus gegenüber geschickt wurden. Offenbar kommt dies öfter vor. Den Hotelparkplatz hinter dem Haus durften wir jedoch freundlicherweise gratis benutzen.

was für ein reinfall

zu diesem hotel und seinem zustand kann ich nichts sagen. aber ich möchte doch anderen m9itteilen, was uns mit diesem hotel rialto erlebt haben. das erlebt man so nicht alle tage und sagt auch etwas über die art und weise aus, wie man dort gäste behandelt. wir hatten dort ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und auch schon auf verlangen vorbezahlt. am abend vor unserer anreise wurde dann lapidar mitgeteilt, dass unser reserviertes und auch vorbezahltes zimmer aufgrund eines computerfehlers NICHT zur verfügung steht. aber in einem anderen hotel wäre eine schöne Unterkunft für uns frei und als Entschädigung würden wir noch 2 strandtage und 1 flasche Prosecco erhalten. dieses hotel heisst Europa, ist ein schwesterhotel vom rialto und hat nur 3 Sterne. im Internet sieht es ganz nett aus, aber das zimmer 315 welches wir erhielten, war kleiner als klein und wirklich primitiv. das hotel rialto hat zumindest 4 Sterne und sieht im Internet anspruchsvoller aus. jedenfalls war das besagte zimmer 315 auch € 40,00 billiger las das was wir im rialto bezahlt haben.nach rückfrage wegen der Differenz teilte man uns dann mit, dass wir als GOODWILL doch die 2 strandtage und den Prosecco kostenfrei erhielten und somit das UPGRADE doch erfolgt sei. naja, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebtund bleibt uns in Zukunft hoffentlich erspart. jedenfalls, Achtung bei vorbezahlung. danach werden die Verhandlungen bei Problemen schwierig. wer will schon zum Anwalt wegen solcher Kleinigkeiten.

Die Lobby,die Gänge,der Speiseraum und die Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber.Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bestand aus vielen frischen Zutaten (Croissant,Obst,Kuchen,Wurst,Ei und Käse),die etwas verteilt im Speiseraum auslagen.Gestört hat mich,dass die Marmelade/Honig noch in diesen kleinen Plastikverpackungen angeboten wurde und nicht in großen Gefäßen,aus denen man sich mit dem Löffel bedienen konnte. Ein toller entspannter Urlaub zum Erholen.
