"It's expensive but the price is worth it. You get a great product. Rooms are very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. They are inviting, comfortable and cozy. There is a lot of attention to detail with the room and bathroom design. Breakfast buffet is really nice, one of the best I've seen in Frankfurt. Staff is well dressed and have great hygiene. There's a lot of attention to detail, they certainly earned that 4th star. Location is very good. It's only a few yards walk to a train station and a street tram station. There are lots of places for shopping in the plaza nearby. The area is very safe."

"The place is great for its price Shafi and murtaza were great i don’t know if i spelled their name correct and also the night shift guy.. Cleaning service was great.. They gave a room and AC wasn’t that great and they fixed the issue right away and gave me a better room. Location is very good center of Frankfurt anything you need is near by food/malls etc The only thing is a bit annoying outside the hotel are some homeless people who are blocking the walking way but other than that Its one of the great places in Frankfurt now and i come to Frankfurt every year I would definitely come again Thank you team Hotel Lumière"
