"Im Grunde fast schon ein geheim Tipp dank verstecktem Garten; Dachgeschoss Wohnung war modern und gut ausgestattet: nur das Bad/die Dusche war viel zu eng; zwischen DachschrĂ€ge, Duschvorhang nur sehr zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Genauso wie die KĂŒche: sehr einfach eingerichtet. Aber: der direkte Wasserzugang mit dem Tretboot und den Schlauchbooten war schon sehr genial; genauso wie der große Garten. Leider fehlte es an vielen Stellen an Pflege und dem Blick fĂŒr Details. Insgesamt ein schöner Wochenend Urlaub...

"Apartment Brunnerhof was a nice place away from the big city. The farm is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Both Andres and his wife communicated well and the instructions were clear. My wife and I used their cute apartment as a home base while visiting our son and his wife in Eschenbach in der Oberplatz. I truly enjoyed the vigorous down and up walk to central Bayreuth, but there is a bus stop just around the corner. There are two great supermarkets within walking distance, though I really recommend this apartment to "agile" guests. Though note that car parking space appears ok just outside in the street."
