"Everyone was very nice and friendly, including a proactive email describing to closures, parking information, and other helpful details before our stay. Hotel was located close enough to walk to the Browns stadium for a concert. Definitely one of the better hotel stays we have had."

He also was very helpful letting us know how to get the shuttle after we returned our car rental. Very personal assistance. Great room also."

"I was quickly picked up from the airport. Check-in was fast. The room was comfortable. Hot breakfast was ready at 6:00 am and was good. I only stayed one night and everything was as expected or better."

"The only thing I didn't care for is. I could have checked in early. But she said I had to wait to 4 o'clock. When I came back at four o'clock, there was a huge line, had to wait an hour to check in."
