"My family scheduled an Alaskan cruise and decided to fly in a couple of days early to go to the park. This property is as advertised. It is a good distance from the park and within 20 minutes from a small town to go to a grocery store. The owners themselves provided household products that made everything nice also. We all enjoyed our few days here and are looking forward to coming back. "

Problems can crop up anywhere but the owner was only willing to do acknowledge and apologize, no actions to resolve any of the issues during our stay or any offer to compensate for the inconveniences. (1) First, a boil water advisory was issued for the area that the rental was located in. Obviously out of the owner’s control. However, the advisory was issued 7 days prior to our stay, yet we were not notified...
