This one bedroom/one bathroom cottage is a great place for a family getaway. Relax under our spacious outdoor living area, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake by day or spectacular stars at night. We have two kayaks and a paddle board available for our guests. This property offers privacy and a great way to get away from it all. Only two hours from the DFW area, right on beautiful Possum Kingdom lake. We allow pets ($50 pet fee) . With two sleeper sofas, this house sleeps 6. We have a fully equiped kitchen, kitchen table with seating for six and island with barstools. The covered patio has a dining table and chairs, as well as, an outdoor kitchen(grill/bar/sink/fridge) for enjoying your lakeside view your entire stay!

Blankets and comforters should be folded and stored back in the compartment unless they need laundered. Please keep in mind that we do not have time to wash every blanket in the house for each stay.
Please wash and put away any dishes used before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not enter the hot tub with dirt and grass on your feet. If the hot tub is empty (June-Sept) do not attempt to fill and use.

Quiet Retreat

We stayed a few days before Christmas and could not be happier with this cabin! Right on the water, had all the amenities we needed and it was so quiet. Our dog could not get enough swimming in. We will definitely be back!

House was great! Road to get to the house is a little rough. We love PK lake. Only negative was trying to get the code to the house. Didn’t receive it until we drove around so we could find cell phone service and paid extra for my retired service dog. I have never had anyone make that a process before giving me a code.

Fantastic Vacation

This house was perfect for me and my husband! It was quaint, quiet, and the view from the bedroom overlooking the lake was amazing during sunrise in the mornings ... not to mention the view from the back porch during sunset. Close enough to Graham that we had access to everything we needed, but far enough away that we had the "middle of nowhere" feeling we were hoping for. Highly Recommend!!

I highly recommend experiencing this beautiful cabin. Heidi and Markus are terrific hosts. Cabin was fully stocked everything you might need. Just bring your food, drinks and your boat if you have one! Perfect stay at Possum Kingdom! We will definitely be back!
