"The room smelled terrible, which may have been carpet(pet stays?), because the bathroom and the hall did not smell bad. I told the manager in check out and she was friendly."

"Air conditioner worked well, parking felt safe , easily accessible to room. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Rooms are always clean. This stay was in room 111 and the bed and pillows were amazing! Wanted to take them home. I'll be asking for that room every time from now on. Easy off and on to I20 "

"Front staff are so helpful. Love staying there. Every room has kitchen and living room. The lobby is big and comfortable to kill time or have conversation with family and friends. Love the shops."

"Perfect house and location for a large party. We celebrated a birthday with a few friends for the weekend. Everything about the property was excellent. Great entertaining layout, great room layout, amazing views and excellent communication with the owners. There was also an unexpected birthday gift bag with personalized items upon our arrival. Highly recommend"

"I came to Springhill Suites, trying to run away from storms. Well, I ran right into them! Yvette, the front desk attendant, was so kind and acommodating! My anxiety was through the roof, so she did everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible. When I checked out, I had to leave my car overnight. They took notes to make sure my car was picked up by my husband and not anyone else. I would recommend the hotel to anyone!"
