Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Les environs sont magnifiques ( lac du Salagou, le cirque de Mourèze, Saint Guilhem le desert……..). Jean François est accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. "This property was extremely well equipped, easy to use and offered a well managed pool and very pleasant environment for a family stay and get together with French friends. Sadly the holiday could have been ruined by vrbo’s incompetence in the translation of booking requirements not listed on its English pages. This meant the taking of bed linen towels and toilet paper at the last minute. I cannot praise highly enough Yvon and Myriams concern and responses to us, unlike the dreadful customer...

"House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...
