All services were wonderful. I plan to visit the hotel again when I travel Gramado again. The breakfast menu was well prepared and healthy and I left a notebook, but they kept it well and sent it back to my home later. I really recommend this hotel. Especially, the location is wonderful. It is nestled just at staring point of wonderful Gramado center.

Awesome place! Enjoy the check-in & room FIRST!!!!

When coming to this hotel, reserve your time for the check in process. Not because it takes time, but it's a process designed to welcome the guest with good stuff. You will be offered a glass of Burt while completing the check-in process, your car and luggage will be well taken cared to the garage and your room. Then, please go to your room to take and enjoy the first configuration. As a Hotels.com VIP, I got a champagne for my stay. But I rushed to the streets for the beautiful sunny afternoon and when I came back, I found the champagne is in the ice bucket which the ice has melted and the maple leaves have dried out. It would be such a picture if I could have seen it first sight. At night, they would update the weather of tomorrow for you in the room and put a bottle of water, reminding you to keep hydration during the night. It's an extraordinary hotel. I will book again!!!

Wood Hotel superou todas as expectativas! A localização é excelente, facilitando o acesso às principais atrações de Gramado. Logo na entrada, percebe-se o cuidado com a limpeza e o aroma agradável que permeia todo o ambiente, além da linda decoração. Os quartos são bons, cama super confortável, roupa de cama e de banho de ótima qualidade, garantindo uma estadia relaxante. O ponto alto foi, sem dúvidas, o café da manhã: variado, com produtos frescos e de qualidade, digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. Preciso destacar o atendimento impecável de três funcionários que fizeram toda a diferença: a Ana, que nos recepcionou no café da manhã com simpatia e eficiência; o Dionathan, no bar, que preparou drinks maravilhosos; e a Rosi, da recepção, que foi extremamente atenciosa ao nos dar dicas preciosas sobre a cidade e os melhores restaurantes da região. Outro diferencial é a parceria com o hotel Casa da Montanha, permitindo aos hóspedes o uso da piscina e da academia. Sem dúvida, este foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já me hospedei no Brasil, e o café da manhã foi o melhor que já experimentei. Voltaria com toda certeza!
