"This medieval castle is owned and operated by a private family who do a marvelous job of getting every thing just right. I was quiet overwhelmed by the ambience which is why I added 2 more nights on to the original booking of 4 nights. Also they brew their own beer which I found very good. "I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of...

"One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."

"War super toll. Wir kamen erst später nach Öffnungszeiten am Hotel an. Diesen hatten uns zuvor unsere Apartment Nummer und die dazugehörige Kennzahl geschickt. So kamen wir abends ins Apartment, wo dann auch die Zimmerkarte im System steckte. Frühstück war auch super. Nettes Personal . Gerne öfters bei den Preisen"
