4/10 Poor

"The entire visit was disappointing. It was very noisy with people yelling at 4:30 in the morning. There was no coffee or juice at the breakfast. The food was cold. We had to ask for spoons to eat the cereal & yogurt. There were 3 guests reserved and we had to ask for a third washcloth. The attendant acted as it I were lying. One of the lamps would not work and had to be replaced. Suffice to say, we will not be staying there again."

"First room was already occupied. Found in out the hard way by walking in on a family. Staff was very helpful getting is in another room but clearly there was some confusion how it happened and why the original room was occupied. Did not bring it up as we were there one night but the TV was not working and the outlet by the bed was not working. Lastly the soap/shampoo dispensers were empty and the bracket holding them in place was broken."

"Our first room had a couple of minor issues, and the front desk clerk wasn’t able to resolve them, but he quickly moved us to a new room. The second room was great, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, and everything worked as it should. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for a couple of days, and the breakfast was consistently good each morning. The fitness center was adequate for a short stay, though the pool wasn’t ready for swimming."

"Staff was great. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The area was quiet, I used the washer and dryer, they worked well but the outside of the machines and surrounding area was very dirty. It was in a hall way in the outside elements. I would however stay there again."
