"this property is within walking distance of most areas unless you do not like to climb stairs and hills -we walked everywhere. We had a lovely suite with sleeping and sitting areas. Staff were very helpful. the restaurant menu was limited - we ate at other great places. "

"We had a great stay here for several days. The room was spacious and bed was comfy. It was a bonus to have a terrace off our room. The breakfast was expansive and enjoyable. We used the roof terrace & pool but there were limited options for sunbeds and the pool was quite small. Great views though. The hotel bar was lacking - limited options and no cocktails. However we found ample places nearby to eat and drink and stroll through small streets w lots of shopping. Overall a great place I’d recommend."

"The inconveniences (such as very limited car access if you rented one, as we did) are all related to what makes this location so special, and the hotel helps wonderfully by paying for a specific parking garage and a taxi from there to the hotel, which takes no more than 10 or 15 minutes."

"This hotel is in a perfect location with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. It’s surrounded by restaurants, and many famous tapas spots are just a short walk away. There’s also a Carrefour supermarket only 4 minutes away. Check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"The customer service was excellent. The employees had little country flags on their nametags representing the languages they spoke, which was a nice touch. The person who checked us in gave some great sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations, including a map. The hotel was beautiful and smelled lovely. The room was great and very clean. "

"We definitely liked the hotel associate (Katie)!! She was very helpful with assistance us to navigate the city and surrounding areas. Great suggestions on food and directions. We really liked that the hotel was centrally located so, we could easily walk to all events and site seeing. The one thing that could be better are the beds. Other than that a great stay. Thanks "
