Good - Breakfast servers were cheerful and helpful. Problem - Wall thermostat and window unit temps disagreed by 10 degrees. The window unit was right, the wall thermostat seemed to be disconnected.

Very nice hotel. The amenities and room were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us since we went to Universal Studios and City Walk. Would have given excellent rating but the room didn’t have enough lighting or mirrors in room area. Would stay again and recommend.

Fantastic location, secure property, big kitchen, very comfortable bed. Ideal for a stay of a week or so. Communication was also terrific. TV was in a bit of an odd place in the room where it was not possible to actually sit anywhere and watch the television. I would definitely stay here again.
