The 'swimming pool' was a plunge pool in the roof bar! On the plus side, the beds were fab, the shower powerful, the breakfast buffet extensive, location good, area quiet and you could borrow a plug adapter for a small deposit.

Amazing hotel. Unpretentious yet great in everything it offers - from its physical appearance, bright and clean bedrooms and bathrooms, location, the main floor reception hallway, the restaurants, and the attitude of the staff. Great place well located and quiet. One thing to be aware of is during Holy Week it gets CRAZY. We had to wait out the procession that came by the front of the hotel for an hour. A few glasses ow wine later we we back inside the hotel.

We travelled by bus with just a short walk with our cases. The hotel frontage is quite small. The welcome was good with a map supplied but no recommendations. Our room was spacious with a well equipped shower room. We had a kettle, fridge and free safe, Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with so much choice and very good service. The hotel is well located and about 25 minutes walk from the Alhambra. We would be pleased to stay here again.

It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do.
