This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 14-day vacation across multiple cities in Spain. Convenient to everything in the city center, it offered an impeccable lodging experience in every respect. We felt it was a very good value for the money. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - also the best of any hotel we stayed at. The only slight recommendation I can suggest is for the hotel to get rid of the cheap toilet paper, and replace it with higher-quality rolls. We would definitely stay there again if we ever get back to Granada.

Good location for downtown Granada with tons of restaurants and shops. Terrible amenities with disgusting super dirty coffee cups and boiler. Weird policy for long term guests : water bottles are provided only for the first day.

Location is great. Almost everything was 5 mins walk from the hotel. There was also a taxi rank right outside for visiting the Alhambra Palace. In general I found the hotel quite poor. It seemed old and dated. The breakfast buffet was awful and the man working at breakfast was very rude. The front desk staff were pleasant but overworked, even the simplest request eg more coffee or an extra blanket took them 4 hrs. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and ice cream stores very close by.

Small hotel and parking spot was so tiny but great location when we settled there so close to go anywhere!! Alhambra and cathedral market Zara!! And great price except parking fee :( I’ll stay there definitely again if i don’t bring my car next time!!!!

Staff was really helpful, location is amazing. Room was very sizable and had nice bathroom with great water pressure. Great lighting and windows. Wifi was good. We didnt eat breakfast here. Very walkable to all of Granada. Beds were comfortable.
